About DARKOM
DARKOM is the Tunisian platform that brings together verified property listings and trusted craftsmen, in French, Arabic and English.
Our mission
DARKOM (دارك, "your home") was born from a simple observation: in Tunisia, finding a reliable home or a serious craftsman still relies far too often on word of mouth, Facebook groups and unverifiable ads. We are building the trusted platform that was missing: one place to buy, rent or publish a verified property, and to contact craftsmen whose identity and business have been checked.
What we do
- Real estate: sale and rental listings across all 24 governorates, published free of charge by individuals and professionals, with photos, real prices, map location and direct contact by message or phone.
- Home services: a directory of craftsmen (plumbing, electricity, painting, carpentry, masonry, air conditioning, cleaning, moving, gardening) with service areas, customer reviews and contact via WhatsApp or phone.
- Three languages: the whole service is available in French, Arabic (right-to-left interface) and English.
Verification, our promise
Every listing and every craftsman profile is reviewed by a member of the DARKOM team before publication. We check the consistency of photos, price and location, the identity of the account and, for craftsmen, proof of activity. Only validated content carries the "DARKOM verified" badge; reports are handled within 48 hours and abusive accounts are suspended.
This verification does not replace your own vigilance: always visit the property, insist on a written contract and never pay a deposit without a guarantee. It does ensure that the listing exists, is up to date and that the person behind it can be reached.
A transparent model
Publishing and browsing are free for individuals. DARKOM is funded by optional subscriptions for craftsmen and professionals (greater visibility, statistics), payable in dinars through Konnect and Flouci. We do not sell your data and do not display third-party advertising.
Who we are
DARKOM is a Tunisian company being incorporated, founded by a team of developers and real-estate enthusiasts based in Tunis. Our ambition is to become the reference for real estate and home services in Tunisia, then to expand across the Maghreb and the Middle East.
